File Submission

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Send us your files electronically for processing or transcription. We are automatically notified of each of your submissions.

If no prior telephone contact has been made, please provide a brief description of the file you are submitting, along with any other relevant information (such as language of audio, desired delivery time, and total number of audio files to be received). You will also need to fill in your personal details.

Upon receiving your files, a representative from our company will contact you by phone to confirm receipt and request any necessary clarifications.
