The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Send us your files electronically for processing or transcription. We are automatically notified of each of your submissions.

Sending material via Courier/Box Now/Post:

The delivery of your audio-visual material to be converted can be done via:

1. Courier (Delivery hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 – 18:00): Office Support, Formionos 69-71, 161 21 Kaisariani, phone number: +30 210-7560244
2. Box Now (https://boxnow.gr/): After selecting the desired package size, fill in the following recipient details: Office Support, phone: 6973-307413, E-mail: info@officesupport.gr. Then select the Locker where your package will be delivered: 50 Ymittou, Plateia Agios Nikolaos, Kaisariani, 16121 or BOX NOW STORE, Kaisariani 2, Koimiseos Theotokou 1, 16121. If none of these are available, then, in the Locker search field, enter the address “Formionos 69-71, Kaisariani, 16121” and select the nearest available Locker at this address.
3. ΕLTA (regular mail, not registered): Office Support, Formionos 69-71, 161 21 Kaisariani

Regardless of the way you choose to send us your material, please fill in the following:

• Full name
• Phone number
• E-mail
• Brief description of the service you are interested in, along with any other relevant information. Upon receiving your files, a representative of our company will contact you to confirm receipt and ask for any clarifications.
