The delivery time depends on the length and difficulty of the text. That’s why when you have a text for translation, we will ask that you send it to us so that we can include an exact timeline in our quotation.

If the translation needs to be delivered earlier than the initial schedule, express delivery is possible with an additional charge, provided there has been prior consultation.

The cost for each text depends on the level of difficulty as well as its length. That’s why when you have a text for translation, we will ask that you send it to us so that we can estimate the cost.

In any case, the cost is calculated per word of translated text, based on the actual number of words in the translated document (automatically counted by Word) and you should be aware that there is a minimum charge for very short texts.

Upon completion of the project, the corresponding document (invoice or services rendered receipt) is issued on credit. Invoices are sent via e-mail as Office Support adheres to electronic invoicing, while receipts are sent by post. Payment is made either by deposit to Office Support’s bank account or in cash, preceding the delivery of the file.

Office Support undertakes translations of texts in many different subjects, including legal documents, with specialization in texts related to the medical-pharmaceutical sector and the market research field. However, our company does not undertake the translation of literary and purely technical texts (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemistry, etc.).

In any case, please send us a sample of the text you wish to be translated so that we can inform you whether we have a specialized collaborator who can undertake the translation of that particular text.
