Indicatively, approximately 80% of our existing clients have worked with Office Support more than once, and Office Support is the preferred vendor for many clients.
Since 2011, Office Support has developed and implemented a quality management system, according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The system ensures the proper operation of the company as well as the quality of the provided services (you can view the certificate here)
We have established a Quality Policy which we consider to be the core upon which our operational philosophy is condensed. Our Quality Policy is a commitment from Management to satisfy the requirements of our clients and to continuously improve our internal operation and the QS by extension. It also sets the framework for establishing and reviewing goals and objectives for Quality, as we perceive it within the context of our work. The quality policy presented below is reviewed annually as to its adequacy by Management.
“Our goal is for the services we offer to meet the requirements of our clients and to be characterized by high quality, with the aim of establishing long-term relationships of trust and cooperation.
In this context, we also seek to create long-term relationships of trust and cooperation with our employees, external collaborators/subcontractors, as well as our suppliers, so that their services or products contribute to our corporate objectives.
In order to achieve these goals, we are committed to implementing a Quality Management System based on the international standard ISO 9001:2008 initially, and now on the standard ISO 9001:2015, as well as satisfying applicable requirements, by integrating the standards’ requirements into the services provided and the overall operation of the company. The effectiveness of the Quality Management System is continuously monitored through the company’s objectives and is a fundamental prerequisite for the smooth operation and internal organization of the company. Additionally, the Quality Management System is an important tool for improving the sustainability and further development of the company.”
